Are you thinking of joining the Alumni Association and what to know where your money will go? Has your membership lapsed and you are not sure about renewing? Better still, you are a current member and want to be reminded of where your generosity goes? Here are a just a few examples of what you membership in the Association will do for you:

• development of and access to the Alumni Association web site
• a sense of satisfaction for contributing toward scholarship donations
• helping to ensure that current students and staff have at least some of the extra funds necessary to enhance academic life, such as musical instruments and material for Space Simulation program
• the anticipation of and fun in attending periodic reunions
• helping to foster a positive relationship between the alumni and former staff with the students, staff and the administration of the current school
• providing speakers for Remembrance Day Assemblies and other activities to ensure that the ultimate sacrifices and heroic efforts of the school's war veterans are not forgotten
• maintaining Lisgar's archives of written records, books and other memorabilia so that your years at Lisgar will be documented and remembered, and
• helping promote Lisgar's reputation in the community at large
